Every aspect of your detailed itinerary is included in your Planning Fee. For land-based trips that may include reservations/booking for lodging, dining, activities, attractions, shows, airfare, rental car, etc. For cruises, that may include reservations/bookings for cruise fare, pre-cruise hotel, airfare, airport transportation, shore excursions, specialty dining, etc. You'll also have direct contact with Jiffy before and during your trip, so you'll never have to "figure it out on your own". When we say "full service", that's exactly what we mean!

How The Trip Planning Process Works:

Step 1: You reach out through Email or Call Jiffy
​
Step 2: Phone conversation with Jiffy to discuss what you're looking to book
​
Step 3: Jiffy emails the Planning Fee invoice to formally engage you as a client
​
Step 4: Once the Planning Fee has been remitted, Jiffy emails the initial custom Itinerary to client
​
Step 5: Client reviews Itinerary and discusses options and changes with Jiffy
​
Step 6: Once client has approved the Itinerary, Jiffy emails Credit Card Authorization with itemized list of charges that will be made for components of the Itinerary
​
Step 7: All components of the trip are booked as per the vendor regulations
​
Step 8: Jiffy will send any payment reminders needed if there are payments required of any vendor
​
Step 9: Jiffy reviews Itinerary before travel time and confirms all aspects of Itinerary are up-to-date and ready for travel
